Bundles of Joy Baby Essentials (formerly Bundles of Joy Diaper Bank of the Lowcountry) was the first diaper bank established in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Since 2016, we have distributed over 1 million diapers, including 315,000 diapers in 2025, helping address a critical and often overlooked basic need for families.

As a mobile diaper bank, we serve families across Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, Colleton, Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton counties through community-based distributions and strategic partnerships. We also partner with Rural Health Services in Aiken to sustain a community Diaper Room, integrating access to basic needs within a healthcare setting.

Our mission is to ensure that families with young children have access to essential items needed for healthy development. In addition to providing diapers, we connect families to community resources and work to raise awareness about the impact of diaper need on child health, family stability, and overall well-being.

Diapers are collected through donation drives and through financial support.
